Acquiring Your Halal Certificate through HQC

  1. Submission and Review of Application (Free)

    To begin the Halal certification process, contact us via email or phone, or complete our application form. Our team will guide you through the upcoming steps. Our knowledgeable staff will review your application to ensure it includes sufficient information and that all essential Halal requirements can be met.

  2. Certification Offer

    Based on the application review, we will send you a certification offer along with related Halal service documents.

  3. Confidentiality Agreement

    If you accept our offer, we will provide you with a certification agreement, a non-disclosure agreement, and the terms for using our logo.

  4. Review of Documents

    In this phase, we assess your production environment, ingredients, cleaning procedures, etc. You will need to submit evidence of your Halal compliance, such as ingredient documentation.

  5. On-site Audit

    Following the document review, our auditors will conduct a physical audit at your facility. An audit plan will be provided in advance.

  6. Decision Making and Granting of HQC Certification

    Upon completion of the on-site audit and review of all documents, we will evaluate the audit report. If your application is approved, you will receive a Halal certificate, enabling you to access the global Halal market. Additionally, you will be entitled to use the HQC logo on your products. HQC is a globally recognized Halal brand with high consumer trust.
